The Agriculture Sector Network (ASNET), with support from GIZ under the AgSys Project, is seeking qualified consultants to support two critical initiatives aimed at strengthening private sector engagement in Kenya’s agriculture sector.
1. Budget Advocacy Consultancy
ASNET is implementing a Budget Advocacy Initiative to consolidate private sector priorities, advocate for policy reforms, and enhance public – private collaboration in Kenya’s 2025/2026 budget process. The selected consultant or consultancy firm will undertake key activities such as stakeholder consultations, policy positioning, media advocacy, and economic analysis of budget allocations.

2. Deep Dive Policy Analysis on Agricultural Financing & Investment
ASNET is also conducting a Deep Dive Policy Analysis on Agricultural Financing & Investment to assess existing policies, identify gaps, and propose actionable recommendations for a more enabling business environment. This consultancy will provide crucial insights to strengthen investment in Kenya’s agricultural sector.
